I just coughed until I puked again. I dont know how to explain it but it hurts. Your stomach clenches and tightens, you feel sucked out of breath, your neck muscles hurt from straining, your jaw aches, your digested food overturns. But mainly, it's exhausting. Wasn't intending to post this. But I'm not in health now. Sweet Dreams
